-Applies to Standard size motorhome picked up in Fairbanks on or about July 21, 2012.

Rates shown above are in U.S. funds and on a per day basis. Per day rates reflect the number of nights that the motorhome is in the possession of the customer. Offer applies only to the motorhome rentals and does not include campgrounds or prearranged itineraries. Maximum 4 passengers per rental.

MILEAGE CHARGES

If the unlimited mileage option is not purchased mileage is charged at the rate of $.25 per mile.

UNLIMITED MILEAGE OPTION
Add $35.00 per day to the rate tables above.

ANCHORAGE VEHICLE RENTAL TAX
Municipality of Anchorage vehicle rental tax of 8% applies to all rentals originating in Anchorage. Tax applies to rental rates and mileage charges as well as one-way drop fees, if applicable, up to a maximum of $240.00 per consecutive rental period.

ALASKA VEHICLE RENTAL TAX
State of Alaska RV rental tax of 3% applies to all rentals originating in Alaska. The tax applies to rental rates and mileage charges.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS

A deposit of $125 per RV is due with the application form.
Balance is due 7 days from booking confirmation.

CANCELLATIONS

If unable to confirm a particular departure noted on the application form alternative dates with availability will be suggested. If customer is unable to be confirmed the deposit shall be returned. Once confirmed the deposit and final payment are non-refundable.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

The following optional equipment is available for rental at the applicable rates listed below:

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age and be in possession of valid driver’s license that does not expire during the period of the rental. Drivers are required to complete and sign the company’s Rental Agreement.

HOUSEKEEPING PACKAGE

“Housekeeping Package” is $35 per person, per rental, and includes bedding (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, pillows) towels, eating, cooking, and storage ware.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

The minimum rental period is four rental days (4 nights).

TRANSFERS

Transfers shall be provided free of charge on days of rental pick up and drop off only between the rental depot Anchorage International Airport or local area hotels.

Rental Sizes:Motorhome sizes are determined by exterior length. Standard size motorhomes are 21 to 24-feet in length. Large size motorhomes are 28 to 31-feet in length.
