As a guest of the Giglio Bianco, you'll have a great
location from which to explore one of the most beautiful and ancient
cities in the world! It's just a short walk from Pitti Palace, Ponte
Vecchio, Uffizi Museum and Piazza della Signoria. Varinia and Edoardo
are dedicated to making your vacation in Florence as comfortable,
relaxing and pleasant as possible.
This typical Florence home offers two
beautiful guest rooms with one bed, each with private bath. They are furnished with
antiques and equipped of all the comforts of home. A private great
drawing-room with skylight precedes the two rooms, creating an area
which is separated from the rest of the main home. The old kitchen
accommodates the Laboratory of Cooking Art (Laboratorio di Arte Culinaria)
where you will have your cooking lesson!
The breakfasts “virtue and pleasure”
of the Giglio Bianco, are served by your hosts in the private room or
the hall (special arrangements can be made for diabetic and for people
with gluten intolerance)
The true show stopper is the six course
"Special Dinner". Prepared by Chef Vary and served by Eduardo
in the hall with fireplace, opened with three great windows on the Garden
of Boboli.
