Winter Walk

Named because of its location just a short walk from the Winter Park Resort, Winter Walk mountain vacation rental is a 1,450 square foot tri-level duplex situated on the Fraser River in the peaceful community of Old Town, Winter Park.

Comprised of 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a den with queen sleeper-sofa, plus elevated loft with a queen futon (accessed via an open ladder), together with 2 3/4 bathrooms, Winter Walk can potentially provide ski accommodations for up to 10 people.

Aside from its proximity to the Winter Park Ski Area, Winter Walk is a much sought after property due to its spaciousness and amenities consisting of an indoor private 6-person hot-tub and steam shower. This non-smoking unit has an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with gas fireplace, TV, VCR and stereo system and telephone.
