The One Bedroom Waterfront #3
This is our most popular one bedroom, one bath ground floor apartment with access to the courtyard and across from the swimming pool. The bedroom has a King Size bed for two and the living room a futon sofa sleeper and upgraded mattress. In a pinch there is a single futon chair that can be made into a bed in the event that two separate sleeping beds are required in the living room. The apartment is subtitle for 3-4 people. From the living room you have a great view down Lake Seminole which is connected to the Intercoastal by a wide canal.
Availability
Calendar. The Rates established are for 2 persons! Please add $10 per day for 3rd, 4th and 5th person.
All prices subject to 11% tourist tax.
