One Bedroom Waterview Apartment # 4

This one bedroom Waterview is located just under the large one bedroom with the balcony.  You are just 50 feet from the heated swimming pool and adjacent covered awning were many of our guest gather to socialize.  Sleeping is for 3-4 people  The bedroom has a king size bed for two and the living room a futon sofa sleeper and upgraded mattress for two.  In a pinch there is a single futon chair that can be made into a bed in the event that two separate sleeping beds are required in the living room. This apartment does not have a stove.  There is a microwave and a toaster.

The Rates established are for 2 persons!  Please add $10 per day for 3rd, 4th and 5th person.
