La Ferme de la Ranconniere is a 13th century farm near the landing beaches. It is located in a lush village steeped in history. There are Normandy Style rooms and a gourmet restaurant. Meals are served in a vaulted room with an open fire. This place is so beautiful that it could be worth the 4 day stay in and of itself. The menu offered with this package is very good. There are two more expensive menus that are truly gourmet. If you choose either of the expensive gastronomic menus you must pay a supplement at the hotel.

This is the perfect fly-drive to acquaint you with the last great war for the liberation of mankind. You owe it to yourself to make this journey one time in your life. English is widely spoken due to the large influx of British tourists who flock to the Normal coast each summer. The roads are well marked and easy to follow.
