The beach apartments in Normandy are
located at Anselles in the Calvados region. They are appropriately
appointed with everything you will need for your stay with a spectacular
view over the sea and direct access to the beach from your apartment. We
have three apartments which can hold 4 - 5 people, perfect for family
getaways or relaxing time with someone special.
These fantastic apartments are
offered by the La
Ferme de la Ranconniere, which is the hotel in our Normandy
and D-Day Landing Beaches package.
Le Cottage
  
Formerly a small fisherman’s home, Le Cottage is a
small house surrounded by a private garden with trees providing seclusion,
located 30 meters from the beach : there is no road to cross in order to
access the beach, since the promenade is exclusively pedestrian : the kids
can go for a swim without you having to worry. The street is behind the
house, separated from the garden by a porch with a lock, to allow parking
inside the enclosure. The guest-house has two floors and can accommodate
up to 5 guests. It includes a ground floor living room with an American
kitchen, a bathroom and toilet on the landing between the upper and lower
floors and a bedroom for 4 guests.

LE COTTAGE includes :
A bedroom with a large, 1.6 meter wide double bed
and two 0.90 wide single beds
1 living room with a 1.6 meter wide sofa
The kitchen is fitted with :
a microwave, an electric oven, an induction cooktop, a fridge, an electric
kettle, an electric coffee-maker and a toaster.

Le Large
    
The Large (The Open sea) flat owes its
name to the view from the first floor : located facing the sea with
windows overlooking the beach, this flat offers a panoramic view of the
whole of Asnelles beach and the sea.
The flat is located on the 1st floor of the guest house, with a side
entrance leading directly to the exclusively pedestrian seafront promenade.
You have direct access to the beach from the garden. This comfortable flat
can accommodate 3 to 5 guests. It includes a living room with a sofa, and
American kitchen with an elegant granite counter. Cork tiles cover the
floor, offering improved comfort, since cork is a natural isolator, both
pleasant and warm in the off season. There is a bedroom for three with a
bathroom and a separate toilet. The flat is fitted with quality furniture,
including a Norman cupboard in the bedroom, elegant wash-basins in the
bathroom and refined decoration. Seated on the sofa, you will enjoy a
panoramic view of the sea, without getting your feet wet.

Les Deux Horizons
   
The flat owes its name to the
exceptional view from the second floor of the guest house : facing the
beach with windows opening out over the open sea, this flat offers a 180°
view – you can see the “two horizons”. The flat is located on the
second floor of the guest house, whose side-entrance leads directly to the
exclusively pedestrian seafront promenade : access to the beach is
directly from the garden.
This top-floor flat is full of charm and can accommodate 2 to 4 guests. It
includes a living room, a separate kitchen, a double bedroom with separate
bathroom and toilet.
